Rosy is a super smooth, extremely easy to ride, handy little mare. If you want something no-nonsense and easy, this is your girl! Everyone here loves Rosy!! She is the perfect confidence builder and teacher. Good for the tiniest riders, but also fun for any adult to ride. Rosy is super laid back, but easy and responsive enough to lope of from a walk, stop, slide and gets around easy one handed or no bridle at all! She is short gaited, incredibly smooth, light, but not too sensitive, super easy and uncomplicated handle. She will drop down and jog and lope around on a loose rein, or can ride her with contact two-handed. She has lots of miles out on the trail, has been a turn back horse and go to lesson horse! She has done penning and sorting and was originally trained as a cutter. Rosy has a super nice set of papers, by Asa Purple by Smart Little Pistol and goes back to Blondy's Dude on the bottom side! Great on the ground, quiet to catch, lead, load, haul, clip, bathe, pick feet, groom, saddle, bridle, easy for the vet and the farrier, stands tied quietly, and stands well for mount and dismount.
