Ares ~17.0hh, 10 year old, Grade Fresian/Percheron Cross

Ares is a joy to ride! He has three wonderfully smooth gaits! He has a trot/jog that is so easy to sit that you have to remind yourself to do some rising trot/ stretchy trot and his canter is like sitting on a rocking chair! Ares is relaxed outside on the trail and willing and responsive in the arena. He is sensitive and willing enough to enjoy the ride without spurs and not touchy or reactive. He is not hot, and not lazy; He is just right! He has done traditional dressage, western dressage, obstacles and lots of trail riding. His previous owners even taught him to pull a cart! Ares stands for mount and dismount and will sidepass to the block or side of the trailer to pick you up. He is so impressive and gets compliments everywhere he goes! Ares tries hard to please and enjoys people. He has been started at liberty and has exceptional ground manners. He is easy to catch, lead, load, haul, stands tied, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, and quiet for the vet and farrier. Ares is sure to make a life long partner!
