"Bernie" is a classic old style Quarter Horse Gelding! He has the old style big boned quarter horse built to him that is so hard to find. He's big, sweet, gentle and his looks dont hurt him one bit! Bernie has been used for ranch work; roped and dragged calves to be doctored. Bernie has been used for sorting outside also. He has been on a ton of trailrides, has a willing attitude and tries so hard to please! He is will move out when you ask, but does not get hot and in a hurry. The kind you can hangout on without him fidgeting! He is super settled and great just to hangout on! Bernie has a soft mouth and a super easy neck rein! He has a big stop and can really get in the ground! Bernie has excellent ground manners, leads, loads, hauls, is great for the vet and farrier, stands for mount and dismount, easy to catch, lead, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, stands tied, great in new places and gets along well with other horses.
