"Shirley" is a classic Quarter Horse mare. She has a big hip, huge body, straight legs and great feet! She has a rich, beautiful coat and shines like a copper penny. She has a nice walk out of the trails. She doesn’t get hot or jiggy! Shirley has a solid walk, trot, canter/lope both ways. She has a nice stop, backs up and turns around both ways. She also stands quiet for mount and dismount. She will go out alone and with other horses. Shirley has excellent ground manners, easy to catch, lead, load, haul, stands tied, great to bathe, grooms, pick feet, saddle, and bridle, and quiet for the vet and the farrier. Gets along well with other horses in the barn, out to pasture, riding in a group, and standing tied. Really a sweet and affectionate girl!
