Color Me Blue 16.2, 2011 Bay(Black Tobiano, Registered International Drum Horse Association, Mare ** SOLD **

"Heidi" is absolutely stunning! She is an F1 Drum Horse, meaning she is genetically 50% Gypsy 50% Clydesdale. She is registered with the International Drum Horse Association. She has the calmness and beauty of a gypsy with the size and working build of a Clydesdale. Heidi rides well with either a hackamore or a snaffle bit. Heidi walk, trot and lopes circles well both ways. She moves off your legs, backs up, and softens to pressure well. Heidi trail rides well, is relaxed and comfortable. She will walk, trot or canter down the trail and comes back down to a walk on a loose rein well. She really enjoys trail riding! Heidi has won several ribbons for Mountain Challenge competitions which are halter-led obstacle courses. She has also completed the first level of Parelli training, so she is very calm, gives to forward/reverse/lateral pressure, and will circle on command. No use of a whip crack or negative reinforcement at all. Heidi would be beautiful for low level dressage or western dressage! Heidi has been healthy, sound and has been kept barefoot. She is a joy to have around and will be missed! She is one of a kind!
