No matter what you want to do, let the kids ride, trail, turn-back, rope, show in the versatility classes, EXCA, Chief is down for anything. Ride him bareback up from the pastures, down the trail and through town! Chief is so tolerant. You'll find yourself just hanging out rubbing him down, petting and brushing him, losing all track of time. He just loves people and attention. He tries so hard to please and will follow you anywhere. Chief is as broke outside the pen as he is inside. He has been trail ridden all over and has also been ridden in the mountains in rocky, rough terrain. He is easy to ride, no nonsense, and as solid minded as they come! Chief has been roped off of and used to gather and sort cattle. He has excellent ground and barn manners, stands tied anywhere, easy to catch, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, stands for mount and dismount, bathes, and great for the vet and the farrier. Chief is a perfect gentleman. He gets noticed everywhere he goes!
