Ford is the ultimate been-there-done-that gelding! Ford has done a little bit of everything! He has been used on a ranch, sorted cattle, roped, trail ridden, been to playdays and will neck rein through all the patterns, and even done a little mounted shooting!! He's smooth to ride and has an excellent handle and does everything one handed! He is good minded, relaxed and willing. He has a big stop, side pass, back up soft, anything you need him to do. Ford is very well broke and can be left out in the pasture for months and comes back gentle and ready to ride! He's super quiet around other horses and will stand quietly and patiently anywhere! He's as close to "bombproof" as you could ask for without riding a deadhead. He is beginner safe in the arena and out on the trail. Trail rides out in the pasture, goes through water and over logs. Is broke to traffic, tarps, dogs, cattle, bulls, peacocks, you name it! This guy has seen it all! He is easy to catch, lead, load, haul, stands tied, easy to clip, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, and quiet for the vet and farrier. Stands for mount and dismount.
