Poncho is Stunning! No one has walked past his stall without stopping to love on him. Poncho has been ridden english and western. He has a nice walk, trot/jog, and lope/canter both ways. He picks up both leads well and has a soft stop. Poncho has a nice soft mouth, moves away from leg pressure and has a great neck rein. He has super ground manners, very quiet to catch, lead, load, haul, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, stands tied anywhere, stands dead still for mount and dismount, and great for the vet and the farrier. He has been ridden out alone, in groups, been down the side of the road, hauled to arenas for events, and has been into town and handles traffic and commotion like a super-star. Poncho is a relaxed, sweet, well broke gelding that is uncomplicated enough for just about anyone to get along with him very well.
