RLB Shin My Pistol - 15.0H, 2008', Sorrel AQHA Gelding ** SOLD **

"Pistol" is a classic, old style, big boned, muscled up, athletic quarter horse that is hard to find. He has a great handle and plenty of cow smarts to get the job done! He has been used as a turn back horse, has had reining training, lots of tail miles and is the kind that will work when you ask him, then sit still hangout like a sofa. You can ride him all day and he won't wear out, but he won't wear you out either! Pistol has been sorted off of and is fun, easy, and knows where he needs to be on a cow! He is quiet outside and seen lots of outside miles. Pistol has a willing attitude and tries hard to please! He will move out when you ask, but does not get hot and in a hurry. Pistol has a soft mouth and will ride two handed in a snaffle or neck rein around in a full bridle. He has a big stop and can really get in the ground! He picks up both his leads well, has a flying change, will back up soft, will turn around, spin, side pass, work a gate, and move his hips and back a circle. Pistol is light and responsive, but not too touchy. He has excellent ground manners, leads, loads, hauls, is great for the vet and farrier, stands for mount and dismount, easy to catch, lead, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, stands tied, great in new places and gets along well with other horses.
