Redford is a beginner friendly hunter, jumper, fox hunter, and trail horse! He is sweet and steady outside and in the arena. He is brave to his fences and easy to ride in just a snaffle. He was put in the hunter ring and has a cute pace and great lead changes. Redford loves to jump and has the sweetest bright expression. He is super easy on the flat, extremely smooth and naturally balanced. Very correct frame, nice extension, really reaches up underneath himself, has beautiful transitions, great halt from any gait. He has great lead departures and stays infront of your leg easily. He's been being a pleasure riding horse the last 4 years in Washington state, mostly riding around the neighborhood bareback in a halter with he occasionally hack around over fences! He’s a pleasure to own doesn’t require a lot of riding or to live at the trainers to be enjoyed. Redford has super ground manners, easy to catch, lead, stands tied, great with his feet, easy to clip, tack up, bridle, bathe, great for the vet and the farrier, stands statue still for mount and dismount, loads and hauls like a pro, and quiet in new environments.
