Socks has excellent ground manners, dead quiet to lead, load, haul, stands tied anywhere for hours, easy to catch, clip, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, stands perfect for mount and dismount, and great for the vet and the farrier. Socks has an awesome disposition, very sweet, willing, and honest. If you are wanting to step your riding up a notch, she can make anyone feel competent and comfortable. She is a classy horse with an amazing handle, that is still slow, smooth, and as uncomplicated as they come - perfect for someone wanting to get into sorting!!
