"Blue" is a solid, been-there, done-that, seen-that gelding. Blue has a wonderful, in-your-pocket personality and loves attention!! He has won money on a national level competing in ranch sorting and team penning, has done ranch horse versatility, and trail riding. This sweet, easy going guy has a ton of handle and is a blast to ride. He is extremely broke and tolerant and is suitable for just about any age or level of rider. Blue has excellent ground manners, bathes, easy to tack up, bridle, pick feet, groom, load, haul, stands tied anywhere for hours, quiet for the vet and the farrier, and stands for mount and dismount. Blue is extremely well trained, has a big stop, turn arounds, rollbacks, lopes and jogs around on a loose rein, rides on handed, bridle-less, side passes, and works a gate. Blue is super tolerant and forgiving of error, he is also smooth and comfortable to ride. There are not a lot of horses out there that can successfully compete at the highest level and at the same time babysit the little kids and take care of beginner riders. This guy is a pleasure to have around, ride, and show. He makes his rider look good!!
