Pistol is a gorgeous gelding by Palomino Playgun by Playgun and out of a daughter of Widows Freckles! Pistol is so soft and willing! He has been desensitized to everything you can think of! Tarps, flags, ropes, gunfire, obstacles, you name it! He is cow smart, works a flag, cuts, sorts and ropes. He has a ton of outside miles! He has a big hard stop, smooth jog and a nice short lope! He is an excellent trail riding horse, great in traffic and commotion. Would make a great team roper, mounted shooter, sorter or versatility horse. He is easy to catch, lead, load, haul, stands tied, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, and quiet for the vet and farrier. Stands for mount and dismount! Very light cribber. Pistol has a nice neck rein or direct rein, picks up both of his leads easily, started on his changes, backs up, side passes, and works a gate.
