He's been in parades and on long, large group trail rides! He would make a great starter mount for a larger rider. Dandy can be ridden in english or western tack. He trail rides quietly, is not spooky. He can walk, trot, lopes quietly, knows both his leads, has a soft mouth and moves well off of your legs well.
