Lil Miss Peppy Priss - 14.3H, 2003', chestnut AQHA mare
Peppy Priss is a super broke handy penning and sorting mare, she was
originally trained as a reined cow horse and has been shown in all-around
open shows and in ranch versatility competitions. She has also had
tons of miles riding outside on a ranch, on trail rides, and in to town.
She has been ridden in parades and is great in traffic and crowds. She
is a very light, easy, and uncomplicated mare to ride, easy to turn around
both ways, has solid rollbacks, sidepasses, backs up, and has a great lead
change. A blast to pen and sort on, very point and shoot, no drama,
and lots of fun. Light and willing, very solid, and takes care of her
rider. Great ground manners, easy to catch, lead, load, haul, stands
tied, easy to groom, pick feet, clip, bathe, saddle, bridle, and quiet for
the vet and for the farrier. Stands dead still for mount and dismount.
Gets along well with other horses when riding in a group, standing tied, in
the barn, and when turned out. Watch her video, this mare is so cool!
You really have to feel how nice and easy she is to ride to truly appreciate
her!
