Matlock is a been there done that trail riding, playday, competitive trail, sorting and ranch gelding that has tons of outside miles. This guy has been there done that and easy for anyone to go do it again! He has a great handle and easy neck rein. He has taught kids how to ride and been the go to gelding for a family with young kids! He's won tons of trophies from playdays, sorting and ACTHA competitions. Has a nice little lope, good stop, backs up, side passes, turns around both ways, broke to a rope, will carry a flag and will work a gate. Matlock has great ground manners, easy to catch, load, haul, stands tied, easy to groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, stands for mount and dismount, good for the vet and the farrier, and good to clip, bathe, and gets along with other horses. He is happy left turned out or kept in a stall. This is the kind of horses you can just catch up, put in the trailer, and go somewhere. His sweet laid-back puppy dog personality is so adorable! Matlock is ready to teach his next family!
