"Scratch" is a big powerful, huge mover with tons of miles on him and an excellent handle. He will get around anyway that you need him to, he is an excellent open caliber penning and sorting horse, a solid 1/2D barrel horse, and will smoke'em at the playdays. Rides around on the flat in the arena quiet, trot and lopes pretty circles, hard stops, super rollbacks, turns around both ways, backs up, side passes, and works a gate. Great ground manners, quiet in his stall, good turned out with others, easy to catch, groom, pick feet, clip, bathe, saddle, bridle, load, haul, and is good for the vet and for the farrier. If you are looking for something quick, handy, that can get you there every time then this is your guy!
