"Slappy" - 14.1H, 7 year old, palomino quarter horse gelding

"Slappy" is a gorgeous little palomino trail riding gelding!  He is super comfy and easy to trail ride on, so pleasant to ride, goes wherever you put him in the group, front, back, middle - and he will leave the group and go alone with no trouble, not clingy or silly.  Really solid, fun to ride little guy.  He also trots and lopes circles both ways, picks up his leads, has a nice stop, backs up, turns around on his hind end and on the forehand, will work a gate, and he stands dead still for mount and for dismount.  He has been to very low key, entry level, just-for-fun sortings/pennings, playdays, and open horse shows.  He hauls great, easy to catch, lead, load, stands tied with others, easy to clip, bathe, groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, and is quiet for the vet and for the farrier.  Happy kept turned out with other horses, and easy to keep up in the barn too, he gets along well with other horses outside and also quiet in a stall.   He has a huge, mane down to his shoulder and a thick tail that drags the ground, shiny golden palomino with a blaze and white on all four feet!  This guy is a favorite around here to pull up and take for a pleasant, relaxing ride.  Watch his video - he is just too cute!
