Smart Lil Merada is a super easy, talented and great minded finished cutter. He is an NCHA money earner and an own son of Smart Little Lena ($577,652 LTE) and out of a Freckles Merada mare! This guy is very classy and just a joy to have around!!! He lays around in his stall all day like a typical Smart Little Lena! Super sweet guy, easy to handle. Gentle on the ground. Warms up quiet, trots, and lopes both ways soft and quiet, has a big, quick, soft stop, backs up, turns around both ways, sidepasses, works a gate, and swaps his leads. He is super broke and quiet, no-nonsense. Works the flag, sorts, pens, and runs the barrels. He's super gentle and easy but a ton of fun on a cow! He also rides outside quiet, willing to go out alone and around other horses. He has super ground manners, very sweet, and loves people and attention. Stands tied quietly, comes up to you out in the pasture to be caught, easy to lead, load, haul, will stand ground tied well, and stand tied quietly around other horses. He clips, bathes, is easy to groom, pick feet, saddle, bridle, stands still for mount and dismount and is quiet for the vet and farrier. Smart Lil Merada could be taken back to the cutting pen, is an excellent sorting mount for any level rider, could go do stock horse versatility or make a great kids barrel, pole or playday horse.
