Mav
is an awesome, sweet natured guy, he has had one owner most of his life
and he is an in your pocket, people pleaser type of horse. He is
Mr. Personality, always paying attention and interested in what you are
up to. He has a baby doll face and very kind eye. He has
been shown in all-around events at the local shows and has been trail
ridden regularly, both alone and in small groups. He just recently
went to a hunter/jumper show and won grand champion in the beginner
hunter division with a novice youth rider! Mav has exceptional
ground manners, great
with his feet, always easy to catch, hops right in the trailer, ties
quietly, bathes, and clips like a dream. Clips everywhere without
a twitch,
nose, bridle path, even inside his ears! You can clip him just standing
loose in his stall. Mav is a nice ride, has a naturally slow jog,
but will extend nicely for English, has a super smooth lope. He is
a great mover, check out his pedigree!
He has been started on his flying lead changes and is doing very well,
he neck reins, has a good stop, backs, side passes both ways, pivots on
the forehand and the hind. He's ready to go somewhere with his new
rider. Sold! "Kate" - 13.2HH, 2001', red roan appaloosa mare Kate is a nice, all-around horse. She is a pretty little mare, she's a nice show prospect. She's been ridden both English and western, she'll ride quiet bareback in a halter. She has been trail ridden, and has been ridden in traffic, she rides out alone as well as in a group, has also been used for ranch work. She walk, trot, and lopes quiet, picks up her leads, neck reins, has flying lead changes, a hard stop, and backs up well. She has been hauled regularly, loads and ties to the trailer quietly, has excellent ground manners. "Odie" - 15.1HH, 2001', grey quarter horse gelding Sold! Odie is quiet, broke all-around gelding. He's been roped off of, worked cattle, and gone to local barrel races and playdays. He has also been ridden in parades, been in thick traffic and does great with all the new sights and noises. He neck reins, has a good stop, rollsback nicely, picks up both his leads, has a nice short lope, does flying lead changes, he rides around nice and quiet. This guy would be great for someone wanting a really broke trail horse, or he would be fun for a youth rider to compete in local 4H shows and playdays on. "Jasmine" - 15HH, 1998', brown/white tobiano paint mare Sold! Jasmine is a quiet, sweet natured all-around mare. She's done a little bit of everything, would be ideal for someone just starting out that wants to try several things, or would be great for a kid who is getting into 4H. She's been trail ridden, has done basic ranch work, been to playdays, runs nice barrels and poles, has been ridden English, has done lower-level, starter jumping, little cross rails and 2' courses. She's also been used lightly as a lesson horse and has been ridden by many advanced beginner/intermediate level riders . She will walk, trot, and lope willingly, has a nice easy short lope. She has a great stop, will lope off on either lead and has been started on her lead changes. "Randall" - 16HH, 1996', palomino grade quarter horse gelding Sold! Randall came all the way from South Dakota, he's been a working ranch horse, and is quiet and a been-there, done-that type of horse. He is not a fast guy, he is laid back, and has a big, slow lope. He has a good stop, backs up, and neck reins around well. He would make an awesome horse for someone who just wants to go out and have a good time, great trail horse. He has good ground manners, leads, loads great, ties quietly, good with his feet, easy to bridle, has been kept both in a stall and out to pasture. This guy's priced to sell! A Perfect Preception aka: "Percy" - 15.2HH, 2002', red roan/overo APHA gelding Sold! Awesome, super broke all-around gelding. He has potential to go to the local shows and do really well, he rides nice and low headed. has a comfy little short lope, neck reins, stops well, backs, pivots on forehand and haunches, side passes, has a nice lope off and picks up his leads consistently. He has been on miles of trails, been ridden by kids and adults. He has a sweet, puppy-dog disposition, very much a people horse. Never been silly or spooky, he's a laid back, easy going kind of guy.
Prairie Fleet "Pez" - 16HH, 2003', sorrel/overo APHA gelding Sold! Pezz is a big, stout gorgeous gelding. He's done a little bit of everything, has had some reining training and has a great stop. He has nice big, slow gaits, he's on the lazy side, the kind that you can throw the reins at and just sit there and bump along. He has a sweet personality, always wants attention. He's an easy going guy, not much upsets him.
Cute little trail/English gelding. Has been used for beginner English lessons, has been ridden by young riders and by amateurs. He is not a finished "packer" type, but very good minded, easy going, and quiet. He has a pretty trot and canter, picks up both leads, stops backs, flexes both ways, has been started on his lead changes. Would make a great project horse for a youth, he's a sweetie and easy to be around. Great ground manners. Clips, bathes, loads, ties quietly, has always been easy to catch. Garfield - 15.3HH, 1999', chestnut draft/quarter horse gelding Sold! Garfield is a great all-around family trail horse. He has smooth, short gaits. he has an incredibly slow, teeny-tiny jog, and comfy short lope. He is quiet on the ground and easy to handle. Garfield has a goofy, fun personality, he is super friendly and the first to come see you in the pasture. He will follow his rider/handler all over, he is a big clown. He is easy to catch, youth riders have been going out to catch him, then grooming, picking feet, tacking up, and riding by themselves. He also loads, ties to the trailer, and bathes quietly. Jelly Bean - 14.2HH, 1996', bay Arabian gelding Sold! Jelly Bean is an adorable little Arab gelding. He is a handy little horse, great for the playdays, has an awesome handle on him, a blast to ride! He has great transitions, moves off leg well, has beautiful little automatic lead changes. This gelding would be ideal for an adult looking for a fun horse to do everything on, he's a cute mover, and well trained. He could do local shows, lower level dressage, and jumping. As a playday horse, he would be great for a young rider that needs to step up from a walk-trot only pony. He has an easy and smooth, but quick handle, has nice, comfy gaits, and he stops easily. Jelly Bean has a fun, goofy personality, he's a big puppy dog. He'll follow his rider/handler everywhere, he's affectionate and easy to be around. Jelly Bean has been hauled, trail ridden, been in traffic, been to loud, hectic events, he's been around and he's the type you can have fun on and relax. He has wonderful ground manners, always easy to catch, bathes well, hops right in the trailer, ties quietly in the barn, to the trailer, and in the warm up pen. |
