Traveling Impulse aka: "Trip" - 15.3HH, 1994' grey AQHA gelding Sold!
Trip is a dead quiet, well trained, super smooth guy. Just about anyone can ride this horse, he is a great confidence builder for just about any age or level of rider. He would be an ideal first horse, or starter show horse, he is a nice mover, has 90 AQHA points, and can take a rider from their first show all the way to the top in your state's AQHA club, local show circuit, or 4H club. He has been consistently, successfully shown at the open circuits, 4H shows, and the AQHA shows as well. He has won many all-around hi-point awards; he does halter, showmanship, western pleasure, horsemanship, trail, hunter under saddle, equitation, and hunter hack. He is an excellent showmanship horse, does well in trail and the pattern classes, and is a nice mover for the rail classes. Trip rides beautifully with nothing but a rein around his neck, responds wonderfully to leg pressure and has a great stop, will stop off your spur, and responds very well to "whoa". He been ridden down the side of the road, in traffic, and does great out on the trail. He has been ridden bareback as well as double. There is not much that this guy has not done or seen before! Trip clips, bathes, ties quietly, he hangs his head down and holds his mouth open for the bit, hops right in the trailer, and is great in the arena, outside, in the crowded warm up pens, and in the show ring. He has always come right up to be caught, and will follow you all over the place in the pasture, loves attention.
Coosa Cool Scotch - 15.2HH, 2005', palomino AQHA gelding Sold!
Coosa is a big guy, one of the prettiest palominos that you could find. Coosa has had 120 days professional training and already walk, jogs, and lopes quietly, he stops, backs, picks up his leads. Coosa is a laid back, no nonsense kind of guy on his own, and he has also been brought up slow, quiet, and correct. He is absolutely dead quiet. This guy is priced right and ready to go any direction that you want to take him in. He has been exposed to cattle, has been around dogs, kids, bikes, golf carts, etc. He has been trail ridden and has been hauled to a handful of shows, he hauls wonderfully and handles new experiences like a pro!
Instant Okies Choice aka: "Okie" - 14.2HH, 2001', sorrel AQHA gelding Sold!
Okie is an awesome little horse with a ton of handle on him, he really rides around, has a quick, hard stop. He will sit right down on "whoa", roll back hard, and lope right off quiet on a loose rein. He will make an awesome calf horse, could do barrels, poles, breakaway, goats, team penning, just about any way that you want to go. Okie is top of the line, has an amazing pedigree - he is an own son of SR Instant Choice!!! This guy is bred and made to go somewhere. He is good minded and a pleasure to work with, he would also make an excellent recreational horse ort trail riding horse. He has tons of trail miles and was used on a working ranch, used to check fences, move cattle, and was started roping. He has also been used as a turn back horse, has had basic reining training, and some cutting training.
"Daisy" - 12.2HH, 2003', red dun pony mare Sold!
Daisy is a broke little pony, this girl has been used on a working ranch, and a young boy has ridden her all over. She's been used for playdays and has moved cattle. She leads, loads, ties quietly, picks up her feet, everything that a "big horse" does. She will pick up either lead, has a hard, drops her rear in the ground, stop. Neck reins and has a pretty nice handle for a little pony. She is a great lead-line pony, or could make a great trail horse or playday mount for a kid. Rides bareback in a halter, English, or western. She could make a nice hunter/jumper pony or pony club mount.
Niftys Best Chance - 15.1HH, 2003', blue roan AQHA gelding Sold!
Nifty is just a five year old and he is ready to go! This horse still has his best years in front of him, he really rides around and could go in many directions. He neck reins, stops hard, backs, will do a nice rollback, lopes off on either lead, does his lead changes. He has been roped off of, has been used on a working ranch, has carried flags, has run barrels/poles, and has been trail ridden a ton. Nifty is a blast to ride, very soft and willing, he has an awesome neck rein on him and will ride around nice with his bridle off. Nifty has been hauled, he self loads in the trailer, backs out quietly, ties well in the barn and to the trailer. He has great ground manners, easy to clip, picks up all four feet, great for the farrier and the vet.
"Nigel" - 16.2HH, 2001', black Thoroughbred gelding Sold!
Nigel is a big, sweet boy, he has had over a year of dressage training and is soft and quiet. He is laid back and easy going, has a wonderful sitting trot, and big, floaty canter that is comfy to ride. Nigel is doing nice courses, has a nice, quiet flying lead change, pretty canter transitions and comes down easily from any gait. He is quiet to and away from the jumps. He is schooling 3'6" with ease!!! He is a great jumper prospect, this guy is ready to go for a pony club rider, and could start going to the local hunter/jumper shows right now! He has a fun, endearing personality and is easy to get along with. He is great in the pasture, the barn, leads, loads, hauls well, ties quietly, easy to brush, bathe, groom, and tack up. This guy is ready for a job, he is priced very well, and will not be for sale long!
Little Lucy Lynx - 14.2HH, 2001', dun ApHC mare Sold!
"Lynx" is a fun all-around mare, great first horse for a youth rider! Lynx has been successfully shown all-around and won, she's cleaned up at the hunter/jumper shows, trail rides, and runs speed events!!! This little mare is a lot of fun to ride and be around, she has a TON of personality! Everyone who's been on this mare thinks she is a blast to ride, she has a nice handle on her, she will give speed if asked, but comes back easily, has a great stop, has lead changes, a nice headset, neck reins, side passes, pivots on the forehand and the hindquarters, has a gorgeous lope off, and backs up soft and quiet. Lynx has been lightly used in a lesson program and has done well with many different ages/levels of riders on her. She's an easy keeper, always been in great health, never had any soundness/heath issues, great ground manners, clips, loads wonderfully, ties in the barn and to the trailer, cross ties, great in the wash rack, for the vet, and for the farrier.
Starlite N Hickory - 14.3HH, 2004', bay roan AQHA gelding Sold!
Hickory is a super cute, awesome minded little gelding. He has an exceptional disposition, nobody can help but fall for this guy. Hickory is cute bodied, very well-built and correct, he's cute colored and has an adorable, baby doll face. He's had some reining training, he's been started on cattle, has many, many trail miles, he's been in a parade and is very quiet in traffic. Hickory is an awesome barrel/pole horse and has been lightly hauled, he is a fun ride, moves off easily, but is a push style horse. He has a nice neck rein, slide stops, does his lead changes, spins, backs off your spur, gives side to side, vertically, counter-flexes, side passes, leg yields, pivots on forehand or the haunches, and he has a quick turn around. He's a nice ride, not a forward/hot horse, but has a good work ethic. He has very good ground manners, ties quiet, clips, bathes, comes up to you to be caught, hops right in the trailer, and great for the vet and farrier. This guys been handled on the ground, groomed, tacked up, and ridden by a four year old boy. This one is the kind that just does not go up for sale once seasoned and proven. Hickory is very solid and just four years old, he is ready for someone to give him a job!
Dons Little Sadie - 15.2HH, 1993', sorrel AQHA mare Sold!
Sadie is one of the sweetest natured, broke-est mares out there. You just can not help but fall in love with her, she is extremely kind and willing. Just about anyone who can sit up and hold onto the reins can ride her, she's soft quiet, and has slow, easy gaits. Super, super smooth jog and lope, great stop, neck reins like a dream. She has absolutely impeccable ground manners, easy to catch, leads, loads, ties, bathes, clips, great with her feet, and good for vet/farrier. She is an ideal family horse and great to have around to put anyone that wants to ride on. This mare can sit in the pasture for weeks and a small child can go catch her, tack her up, and ride by themselves. These are hard to find and don't come up for sale often! ~APPROVED HOME ONLY!
"Buddy" - 15.1HH, 1994', palomino quarter horse gelding Sold!
Buddy is a sweet, solid gelding, he is a great pleasure horse, easy to handle, catch, leads, load, bathe good with his feet, good for the vet and farrier, ties quietly, and hops right in the trailer. He has been used as a trail horse and is great out on the trail, he is quiet and does well up an down hill, in woods, crosses water well, loves to swim! Buddy is pretty spook proof and not much of anything bothers him. He has a great personality and wants to be someone's pet, he comes right up to you in the pasture, great manners in his stall, he is just pleasant to be around.
