Horses Sold ~See how some of our sold horses are doing with their new owners!!"Nash" - 15.1HH, 2001', bay quarter horse gelding Sold! Nash is an easy going, simple guy. He has been trail ridden, ridden in traffic, and has worked on a ranch. He has some training for team roping, but is not a finished rope horse. He has been ridden by kids and by beginner riders. He is easy to ride and has a willing disposition. Would make a great family horse, pleasure horse, trail horse. Could make an awesome roper, team penner, playday horse, queens horse, or barrel horse. He has been in several parades and is great in traffic. Lucy is super broke, a finished reiner, great spins both ways, roll backs, stops, and lead changes. Would be a perfect first horse for a youth or amateur rider to learn to rein on. Great confidence builder, has a wonderful neck rein, dead stop from any gait on "whoa", will ride around with no bridle. Lucy is an awesome barrel horse, simple and easy to run, great handle. Not at all hot or silly, will walk flat footed through the alley and through the whole pattern and home. Hauls like a pro, hops right in the trailer. Rides quiet outside, has been trail ridden all over bareback in just a halter and lead rope. Nice pedigree, will make a good broodmare when you are done riding her. Great with her feet, easy to bridle, tack up, bathe, clip. Lucy is a fun, hop on and go anywhere, do anything, and look good doing it kind of mare! Blazes Shinin Cactus - 15HH, 2007', buckskin AQHA gelding Sold! Cactus is a gorgeous young horse, very well put together, striking color, this guy does not get lost in the crowd. Has had over a year of training, just came from seven months of reining training. Cactus has an excellent lope off, hard stop from any gait, will do short five foot slides, well started on his lead changes, will switch quietly and consistently, nice rollbacks both ways, has a nice slow spin both way, very correct, ready to ad speed. Cactus has an exceptional pedigree, a grandson of Shining Spark. Super ground manners, good to blanket, shoe, easy to catch, quiet in his stall, loads, hauls quietly, good with his feet, quiet to tack up, easy to bridle, bathe, clip. No vices or bad habits. Solid young gelding ready for a job! Shez Outa Your League aka: "Haley" - 15.2HH, 2002', black/tobiano APHA mare Sold! Haley is super fancy, broke, amazingly supple, and soft in your hands, responsive to leg, but still forgiving and tolerant of rider error. This mare is a blast to ride, great teacher for a beginner or a rider with more experience who is wanting to learn more advanced concepts, work on collection at all gaits, lateral aids, lead changes, this mare is super willing and forgiving of error. Haley rides western, English, and is fun to ride bareback in just a halter and leadrope. Quiet out on the trail, rides out alone of in a group. Great ground manners, hops right in the trailer, hauls quietly, stands tied in the barn and to the trailer. This girl can do it all, nice enough mover to go to local shows, she runs a tight barrel pattern, could do the local hunter/jumper shows, and she has enough advanced training to be great at lower level dressage. "Sport" - 15.1HH, 1993', bay quarter horse gelding Sold! Sport is one of the broke-est, sweetest horses you will ever come across, he is extremely kind and eager to please. He rides both English and western, has wonderful, easy to sit gaits. Just about anyone can ride this guy, we have not been able to find a thing that spooks him. He neck reins well, has a good stop, backs, will just lope along packing his rider around. Sport has a ton of training, has a handle like a reining horse, both beginners and experienced riders enjoy this guy. He is a great teacher and confidence builder. This horse would be good for a timid rider, a young child starting out, perfect for a 4H kid, anyone who needs a confidence boost would love this guy. His last owner and rider was handicapped, he has been ridden by adult beginners, older adults, and the tiniest of kids. He has near perfect manners, ground ties, bathes, easy with his feet, drops his head for the bridle, leads, comes up to you out in the pasture, hops right in the trailer, ties in the barn, to the trailer, the fence. It is hard to find a negative with Sport, this is the kind of horse that everyone needs at least one of in their barn. "Bella" - 13.2HH, 2002', sorrel/tobiano paint mare Sold! Bella is a cute little fancy broke all-around pony. This girl would be perfect for a young rider wanting to do the local playdays, team pen/sort, trail ride, ride English, go to local shows. This pony could do a little bit of everything. Great ground manners, easy to tack up, bridle, hops right in the trailer, good for the vet and farrier. In great shape, easy keeper. Will stay outside or up in the barn, super feet, currently barefoot. She is about as flashy marked as they come, you will not be lost in the crowd on this girl!
Hollywood Iam Dun - 15HH, 2003', red dun AQHA gelding Sold! Hollywood is a pretty red dun gelding. He has been a ranch horse most of his life, tons of miles outside. Great trail horse, awesome playday horse. Super fun handle, great auto lead changes, will lope tiny circles, hard stop, neck reins, rollsback both ways. Just about anyone can ride this guy, he is as tolerant as they come, floppy arms, legs, seat and hands do not bother him a bit! Great around other horses, dogs, cats, chickens, cattle. Has been kept up in the barn or turned out. Easy to catch, good ground manners, quiet to tack up, pick feet, bathe, easy to bridle, hops right in the trailer, ties anywhere. Smooth N Dry Doc aka: "Arsenal" - 15HH, 1994', sorrel AQHA gelding Sold! "Arsenal" is a blast to ride, he has an awesome handle on him, he was once a competitive reiner, he has done a litte bit of everything, been just about everywhere! Has been penned/sorted on, used for ranch work, tons of trail miles, has been shown in all-around events, runs barrels/poles, been in parades, competed in playdays. Super, super easy spins, rollbacks, lead changes, rollbacks, sits down and stops on "whoa". Comfy, easy to sit jog and lope, rides on a long, draping rein, awesome neck rein, will ride in just a loose ring snaffle. Great ground manners, easy to clip, bathe, pick feet, groom, bridle, tack up, load, catch. No vices or bad habits. Super solid and consistent as they get, the same horse whether ridden once a week or once every month. Stays inside or out, good in just about any group. Great in new places, has been hauled hundreds of times, rides the same just about anywhere as he does at home. |
